This course equips learners with the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to identify business opportunities, develop innovative ideas, and establish and manage successful enterprises. It emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, risk-taking, and strategic planning as key drivers of entrepreneurship. Learners will explore the entrepreneurial process—from idea generation and feasibility analysis to business planning, financing, and management.

The course also highlights the role of entrepreneurship in economic development, job creation, and social transformation, with a focus on sustainable and ethical business practices. Practical activities such as business plan development, case studies, and simulations are integrated to enhance experiential learning.

This course introduces students to the principles and practices of organizing, managing, and controlling industrial operations. It focuses on the structure and functions of industrial organizations, management theories, and the effective coordination of people, materials, and processes to achieve production goals. Learners will explore topics such as organizational structures, leadership and motivation, planning and decision-making, production management, quality control, and industrial relations.

Emphasis is placed on developing managerial and leadership skills essential for running manufacturing and service organizations efficiently. The course also examines modern management approaches, including lean production, total quality management (TQM), and sustainable industrial practices.

FASHION MARKETING

COURSE OVERVIEW

Fashion Marketing is a dynamic course designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills needed to promote, distribute, and sell fashion products effectively in the ever-evolving global marketplace. The course explores the intersection of fashion, business, and consumer behavior, focusing on how marketing strategies can be used to build successful fashion brands and drive sales.

UNIT STRUCTURE

This course is divided into 5 digitized modules; each module takes 2 hours to complete. The modules have interactive activities and assignments for the learners to undertake. This is a self-paced course that requires you to find an appropriate place and time to interact with the content.
